Ownership and Copyright
All graphics, PDFs, images, text and educational materials available through ABC Dogs NZ remain the intellectual property of ABC Dogs NZ and are protected by copyright laws.
Purchasing a graphic, graphic pack or Graphics Library membership grants a licence to use the content in accordance with these Terms of Service.
Ownership and copyright remain with ABC Dogs NZ.
Shop Purchases and Memberships
ABC Dogs NZ offers both digital products for individual purchase and a subscription-based Graphics Library membership.
Graphics purchased through the shop may be downloaded and retained by the purchaser.
Graphics accessed through the Graphics Library are available during an active membership period.
Graphics available within the library may be added, removed or updated at any time.
Permitted Use
Graphics may be:
• Downloaded for personal use.
• Printed as educational handouts.
• Shared directly with individual clients.
• Used by dog trainers, behaviour consultants, rescues, shelters, breeders and veterinary professionals for client education.
• Used in training sessions, behaviour consultations and classes.
• Used for educational displays and posters.
All graphics must remain in their original form.
Prohibited Use
Without prior written permission from ABC Dogs NZ, graphics may not be:
• Altered, edited, rebranded or modified in any way.
• Published on websites, blogs or social media platforms.
• Uploaded to membership sites, digital libraries, shared drives, cloud storage systems or public download areas.
• Included in paid courses, memberships, resource libraries, books, eBooks, downloadable resources or training programmes where the graphics form part of the product being sold.
• Resold, redistributed, sublicensed or shared with third parties.
• Used with another business name, logo or branding.
• Claimed as your own work.
• Used from watermarked preview images.
Social Media and Public Use
Only graphics lawfully obtained through the ABC Dogs NZ shop or Graphics Library membership may be used, printed or shared in accordance with these Terms of Service.
Graphics copied, downloaded, screenshot, saved or taken directly from ABC Dogs NZ social media pages are not licensed for use and must not be reproduced, distributed, printed or used for educational, commercial or public purposes.
Viewing graphics on social media does not grant permission to use, reproduce or distribute them.
Any public, educational or professional use of ABC Dogs NZ graphics requires that the graphic has been obtained through an authorised purchase or active membership.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products and digital memberships, all sales are final.
No refunds, returns or exchanges are available for digital downloads, graphic packs or Graphics Library memberships.
If you experience a technical issue accessing purchased content, please contact ABC Dogs NZ and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

ABC Dogs NZ provides educational information only. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, no guarantees are made regarding the completeness or suitability of any content.
To the fullest extent permitted by New Zealand law, ABC Dogs NZ shall not be liable for any loss, damage or consequences arising from the use of this website, products or memberships.

Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of New Zealand and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
